1.1 Problems with the server, any software installed on the virtual server by the Client - the Client's responsibility.
1.2 Problems with host machines and communication are the Company's responsibility.
2.1. The Company provides technical support services to the clients on the basis of the Client's request through the personal cabinet at the rates published on the official website of the Company located at https://play2go.cloud.
2.2 The Company is not responsible for the operation of third-party software on the Company's servers, including software purchased from the Company.
2.3 The Company's services are provided “as is”, the Company reserves the right to revise the rules of service provision, including pricing policy and tariff characteristics at any time, without prior notice and unilaterally, new rules come into effect at the time of their publication on the official website of the Company.
2.4 The Company undertakes to maintain proper quality of host machines and eliminate all faults as soon as possible. 2.5 The Company does not guarantee 100% availability of the network and host machines.
2.6 All scheduled technical works, updates and similar activities are carried out from 17:00 to 02:00 Moscow time. This item does not include force-majeure situations and unscheduled works.
2.7 The Company is not responsible for the inability to access the services due to the fault of third parties.

2.9 The Company has the right to change the prices for services up or down, having previously notified the Client by means of mailing to the registration e-mail.
3.1 In case the Client's hosting is blocked due to a complaint and/or other reasons 1 (one) or more than 1 (one) times per month (network scan, outgoing DoS attacks, etc.) and the Client fails to take action on the received complaint, the Company has the right to prematurely stop providing the service and block the Client without the possibility of refund.
3.2 The Client has the right to use his Hosting for any purposes established within the tariff line, except for the purposes contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation and laws on copyright and related rights. 3.3 The Client is granted access (unless otherwise agreed) to the server and the Client bears all related responsibility.
3.4 The Client has the right to install and use any software on his server within the scope of the tariff plan line, provided that it is legal and does not violate copyright and related rights, as well as the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.5 The Customer is obliged to monitor the compliance of all posted materials, used software, content placed on the server, and is responsible for its compliance with the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.6 All issues related to the operability of the Customer's hosting are accepted only in support requests in tickets on https://play2go.cloud.
3.7 Network speed on virtual servers is limited to 500 MBit/s. There are no Russia/foreign or inbound/outbound ratios. In order to provide our clients with a comfortable work with the servers, we apply a “Fair Use Policy” (Fair Use Policy) of traffic, excluding the possibility of abuse or misuse of the channel by individual clients. 9.1 Refund is possible only in case of server inoperability due to the Company's fault and for actually unused days..
9.2 Refunds for installation of third-party control panels, additional IP-addresses and other additional services are not possible. 9.13 Refunds for dedicated servers are issued minus the setup fee, which is non-refundable and covers the costs of equipment preparation.
9.14 Refunds for delays in provisioning a dedicated server are only possible if more than 3 working days have passed since payment confirmation.
9.15 In case the Client requests a refund due to inconsistency of geolocation, location or registration of IP-addresses, the decision on refund shall be made on the basis of data provided by RIPE NCC service (https://apps.db.ripe.net/db-web-ui/query). The information received from this source is considered to be the priority and final for determining the actual location of the IP-address. The Client may be denied a refund if the RIPE NCC data does not confirm the discrepancies declared by the Client.

11.2 Compensation is calculated only in the form of additional days of service and cannot be paid in monetary terms.
11.3 The Company guarantees to maintain the availability of the Hosting servers at the level of 99.9% per month.
11.4 In case of violation of paragraph 10.3 of this Offer each full day (24 hours) of service downtime shall be compensated to the Client in double amount.
11.5. Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this document (acceptance) is considered payment by the Client of the Company's services.
